How to Become a Member

Joining UFS Dispensaries is easy.  All you need to do is print off the Membership Application Form, fill it in and return with your $10 membership fee (via credit card details or cheque).  It's the best $10 investment you will make as the savings you recoup throughout the year pay for your membership over and over.

Application Information

Annual Subscription
The present membership fee is $10 each year and is payable when joining as a new member.  Alternatively you may choose to join for 2 years at a cost of $20.

Your membership card will be posted to you after joining as a new member.  Your partner and children under 17 years (full time student children under 21 years) are also entitled to discount, and can apply to receive their own card.  This just needs to be requested on your membership application.  Membership cards must be presented to staff when commencing any transaction for discount to apply.  

Should a membership card be lost, replacement cards can be arranged at any pharmacy or by contacting members@ufs.com.au.

Membership Renewal
Each year you are required to renew your membership.  Renewal notices will be sent out the month prior to your membership falling due.  Renewals can be paid at any UFS pharmacy.  

Please promptly advise us of any change of address or other membership details to ensure our records are kept up to date.
