Up To 20% Savings
UFS members save 20% discount off all retail prices at UFS Pharmacies with the exception of restricted PBS prescriptions. Over the year, membership can save you hundreds of dollars.
Your membership earns you 20% discount off all retail prices including private prescriptions at UFS Pharmacies. This also extends to weight loss programs, services such as passport photos amd ear piercing, plus 20% off all purchases at Treloar's Coffee House. Members also save 10% discount off Dior, Lancôme and Clarins cosmetics. And patients of UFS Medical receive 10% off the gap fee.
Members also receive discounts at our day spa and well being centre in Ballarat, Peace & Quiet, and 15% off store-wide at Cherub Cards & Gifts.
Member Services
UFS members have access to an ever expanding range of member services. These services are either provided free for members or offered at substantially discounted prices. These services include:
Members also have access to the UFS Medical Centre where clinic patients who are UFS members save 10% off the gap fee for consultations. The medical centre operates a Women's Health Clinic and has highly regarded practice nurses, both accredited Pap and immunisation providers.
Open Late For Convenience
UFS understand kids do not always fall ill between the hours of 9am to 5pm and that these days working late can mean forgetting to pick up a prescription before the close of business. So, UFS is open late in Ballarat, Melton, Melton South and Bacchus Marsh for when you need pharmacy care after hours.

UFS Dispensaries produces its own members newsletter which is mailed directly to members three times a year. MemberCare News is a great way of keeping in contact with members, communicating great specials and telling you all about new products and services.
25% Discount at Christmas
Members are normally privy to even greater savings the month prior to Christmas. Members receive 25% off all non-prescription lines.
Discounted Tickets at Her Majestys Theatre
UFS members are able to buy discounted tickets to most productions at Her Majestys Theatre in Ballarat. Simply present your current membership card at MajesTix in Ballarat when purchasing tickets.
Attending Annual General Meeting
UFS members are entitled to attend and vote at our Annual General Meeting, usually held in November each year. If you wish to receive our annual report and notice of the AGM please contact us at members@ufs.com.au.

Additional Membership Cards
Most members have family memberships and we understand this can be hard with only one card. Therefore, we can easily issue additional cards for your dependents. Your partner and children under 17 years (full time student children under 21 years) are entitled to discount, and can apply to receive their own card.

Delivery Service
UFS Dispensaries provides free delivery in urban areas of Ballarat, Melton and Bacchus Marsh for members who require special assistance or urgent prescription pick-up and delivery. Postal service is also available on request.
