National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS)

The Bridge Mall and Melton Central UFS Pharmacies are accredited Diabetes Australia sub-agents. The National Diabetes Service Scheme (NDSS) is an initiative of the Australian Government and administered by Diabetes Australia. This service provides practical assistance, information and subsidised products to more than 900,000 people with diabetes.

To register for the NDSS, applicants must be diagonsed with diabetes, have a Medicare card and live in Australia.
People who are registered receive a range of subsidised products including test strips, insulin syringes, pens and consumables.
