UFS is serious about our commitment to helping people reach their goal weight. As professionals in the healthcare industry, we know that achieving and maintaining a healthy weight has a huge impact on reducing the risk of serious health concerns.

UFS is now offering two weight management programs; Ultra Lite Weight Management Program and the Kate Morgan Weight Loss Program. With different approaches to weight management, your goals and lifestyle will play a major part in determining which program is right for you.

Ultra Lite

Ultra Lite www.ultralite.com.au is a quick, safe and effective program to lose weight and is the result of many years of professional research. Ultra Lite provides the necessary nutrients to ensure good health while you lose weight and still enjoy eating. Ultra Lite is a balanced protein and carbohydrate program so you do not experience hunger cravings.

With Ultra Lite you can lose 2 to 4 kilos in the first week and up to 2 kilos a week thereafter when following the program correctly with your Naturopath.

The Ultra Lite program is now being provided by UFS Dispensaries and qualified Naturopath Phillip Netherway at the Bridge Mall Pharmacy. You are supported through the program by Phillip with weekly consultations for monitoring progress, weighing and measuring. Ultra Lite is easy to start and UFS Dispensaries members receive 20% discount.

Phillip is available for appointments in our private consulting room:
- Mondays 9am to 12.30pm (Melton)
- Mondays 2pm to 6pm (Bacchus Marsh)
- Tuesdays 9.30am to 1.30pm (Bridge Mall)
- Fridays 2pm to 7pm (Bridge Mall)

Kate Morgan Weight Loss Program

The Kate Morgan Weight Loss Program is the weight loss program for real people. The program is suitable for anybody 18 years and over, whether to trim off a few kilos, deal with an obesity problem or like most of us, somewhere in between. The program is a formulated meal replacement system designed to reduce calorie intake - by replacing defined meals with nutritionally balanced formulas. The formulas include all the essential daily vitamins and minerals. We will track your progress with a weekly weigh in combined with support and encouragement along the way.

Drop in at any time for your first visit - it should only take 10-15 minutes. The program costs $15 to join which includes a life-time membership.
