UFS has been notified that the Sebastopol UFS Pharmacy at 56 Albert Street, Sebastopol, has been declared a Tier 2 exposure site. A COVID positive case visited the pharmacy yesterday morning (Tuesday 28 September) between 8.50am and 9.35am.

This is in addition to this pharmacy being declared a Tier 2 exposure site on 13 September, 2021.
Anyone who has visited a Tier 2 exposure site AT THE TIME LISTED must isolate, get tested urgently and isolate until they receive a negative result.
Some people may be identified as primary close contacts by the Public Health Unit (Tier 1) and be required to quarantine for 14 days. The department will contact these individuals directly to provide this advice.
We are working with the Department of Health and acting on their advice. The pharmacy will be closed for cleaning on Thursday morning (30/9) and will re-open at 1:00PM.
