Due to staff shortages, we have revised our delivery cut off time for Bacchus Marsh and Melton deliveries.
Until further notice, for same day deliveries to these areas by UFS drivers, orders will now need to be placed before 12pm on weekdays.


When you shop online with UFS, orders are delivered by UFS delivery drivers to addresses within a 15 km radius of any of our regional stores (Ballarat, Beaufort, Bacchus Marsh, Gisborne and Melton), or within 5 km of our Coburg stores. For deliveries to Ballarat addresses by UFS drivers, orders placed before 2pm on weekdays may be delivered the SAME DAY, depending on availability. For deliveries to addresses within 15km of our regional stores, or within 5km of our Coburg stores, please allow up to three business days.

For delivery to addresses outside of the 15km and 5km ranges, orders are delivered via Australia Post and will take longer.

A small delivery fee of $8 applies for UFS members, or $10 for non-members.

Delivery is free for all online orders over $55.

Most orders will be despatched within ONE business day during Monday to Friday, assuming all items ordered are in stock. All other orders will be despatched as soon as possible thereafter. You will be notified via phone or email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order.

Order processing times may vary during peak times such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas.

If the recipient is not at home to receive the delivery, and you have not consented for it to be left in a safe place by the UFS driver when placing the order, the goods will be returned to the UFS warehouse for your collection, or an additional re-delivery fee of $10 ($8 for UFS members) will apply for re-delivery.


UFS will cover the cost of freight of returned items where the mistake has been ours. The Site will accept returns of non-medication lines within 30 days with proof of purchase if goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly represented. Goods must be in acceptable condition and UFS must be contacted prior to sending.

Products can be returned to UFS Dispensaries Ltd, however customer service must be contacted before a credit can be provided. All credits are paid back to the card which made the payment, no refunds will be provided by the store where you returned the product.
