Breath Body Mind Program

This innovative complementary health program will teach you powerful breathing and movement techniques to improve your physical health and well-being. You’ll learn:

> Techniques to calm your body and mind and to manage your pain

> Breathing skills to help you manage your health and increase your vitality

> Ways to relieve emotional stress and improve mental clarity

The Breath Body Mind program was developed by leading psychiatrists and is increasingly being adopted as an evidence-based approach to treating many physical and mental health conditions. The program has produced significant results for participants who have experienced stressful life events.

It’s also ideal if you have chronic pain or a chronic health condition, are feeling stressed, anxious, run down or you’ve simply forgotten how to relax!

This is a natural and gently-paced program where you learn breathing and gentle movement techniques. The intensive 2-day program provides participants with a toolbox of useful skills to practice daily to help improve their health and well-being.

Whilst there are some movements taught in the course, these are very simple and suitable for all levels of fitness.
