Home delivery service available

Your medication, pharmacy products and giftware can be delivered to you at home – often on the same day!

Just phone your local UFS pharmacy (excludes Ballan UFS Pharmacy) to place your order.

The UFS online store also has a range of giftware products, virus protection products (adults and children’s face masks and hand sanitisers), Health Solutions, Cold & Flu and the products in our current catalogue available to purchase online for delivery straight to your door.

When you shop online with UFS, orders are delivered by UFS delivery drivers to addresses within a 15 km radius of any of our Ballarat stores. For deliveries by UFS drivers to Ballarat addresses, orders placed before 2pm on weekdays may be delivered the SAME DAY, depending on availability.

For delivery to addresses outside of the 15km radius from our Ballarat stores, orders are delivered via Australia Post and will take longer.

Delivery is free for all online orders over $55. A small delivery fee of $8 applies for UFS members, or $10 for non-members for orders up to the value of $55.

If you already receive a medication pack from UFS, you may order additional products to be included with your delivery, which would not incur a delivery fee. Just call your regular UFS pharmacy to place your order.

If you are over 70 years of age or you meet the criteria listed below* you may qualify for one free medication delivery per month.
