UFS Healthcare is a mutual organisation owned by our members (not by shareholders) with any profits we generate being invested back into the business for the benefit of our members, customers and the community. UFS Pharmacies

UFS operates 19 pharmacies in the western region of Victoria. Our pharmacies are renowned for delivering professional, caring and trusted advice, with exceptional service and a personalised approach. We have pharmacies located in the Ballarat region as well as Ballan, Bacchus Marsh, Gisborne and Melton. 

UFS Medical

We operate three medical clinics, located centrally in Ballarat, as well as the Priority Primary Care Centre (for medical care when its urgent but not an emergency). Additionally UFS operates eight Supercare Nursing services across Victoria.

Recruitment Process

All vacancies for roles with UFS Healthcare are advertised on our website and on Seek. Applications for all vacancies are then managed through our HR System.

Once applications are received and reviewed, we conduct phone screening and then interviews for candidates who meet the required criteria.

Reference checks and Working Rights checks are then conducted. This may also include providing Qualification or Accreditations, dependant on the role.

Successful candidates are then notified and onboarding commences. Unsuccessful candidates are also notified following an interview.
